Dawkins 62 Passagemaker Lite

Dawkins 62, Ketch-rigged Passagemaker Lite. 62' aluminum ocean crossing sail-assisted powerboat with French canal capability. Her sailing rig is designed to be folded down by the owner and kept aboard during canal cruising. With rig lowered and at her design draft vertical “air-draft” is 11’8”. Owner’s suite forward, twin en-suite guest cabins aft under the boat deck. Galley, dining area midships. Raised pilothouse with direct flying bridge access. Construction multi-chine aluminum. Three watertight bulkheads and integral tanks forming double bottom. Latest in the Passagemaker Lite series.

Services

Yacht designer Tad Roberts offers a wide range of yacht design and small craft consulting services including new design of power, sail, and small boats, oversight of refits and restoration, and consulting on Transport Canada and ISO regulations and standards on vessels up to 24m. He brings to his work some thirty years of experience with expertise gained in projects that span traditional wooden boats, steel commercial vessels and cold-molded mega-yachts. As required, he works closely with associated experts including his colleagues in B.C. at CR Engineering, Jeff King, P.Eng, among others, internationally.
