Marjorie 26 House Barge

  • Vessel Specifications and Comments

    • LOA: 26'
    • LWL: 26'
    • Beam: 12' 0"
    • Draft:
    • Displacement to DWL: lbs
    • Power: Outboard in a well
    • Construction: Plywood on frames
    • General Comments: 26’ west coast version of the popular European barge, this is the most boat in a rather short length.  She has more interior than almost any other 26’ boat; two sleeping cabins, a head, galley, and a pilothouse.  Thus, while small material cost and construction, man hours will be high for such a short boat.  There is space under the pilothouse for a large water tank and lots of storage.  She has her own propulsion via an outboard in a well.
